My husband ordered from this location (in person) a few months ago, and the experience was very upsetting. The staff called the police because they believed he was intoxicated. In reality, English is not his first language, and he has a bit of an accent. He had just finished a 12-hour shift and simply wanted to pick up a quick meal to bring home. Instead, he was put in a stressful and embarrassing situation that we still find difficult to understand. Unfortunately, we had another negative experience today. I regularly use the Domino’s app and have never had an issue before. Unbeknownst to me, my address numbers had somehow been switched in the app. When my order didn’t arrive, I called the store to ask what had happened. The employee who answered explained that the driver couldn’t access my apartment and also pointed out that I didn’t have a working phone number listed on my account. I completely take responsibility for not having a phone number entered( I did recently switch phone carriers) and I understand that this made it harder to reach me. What disappointed me was not the mistake itself, but how I was spoken to. The female employee was just flat out rude when I was simply t

40 min for carryout order when the initial quote was 20 min. To be fair I haven't gotten my pizza yest, but I do not have high hopes. Looks like I should stay and get my pies from the local gas station.

I had an unacceptable experience at this Domino’s tonight, and it needs to be addressed. I placed my order at 7:30 PM and arrived at the store 12 minutes later, which is completely reasonable. When I pulled up to the drive-through, I was told my order hadn’t even been started. The issue wasn’t the wait — it was the behavior of the young female employee working the drive-through window at that time. She offered no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy. She said she couldn’t find my order and abruptly told me to come back in 15 minutes, all in a rude and dismissive tone. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to communicate professionally. Her behavior came across as incompetent, irritated, and completely uninterested in doing her job. After leaving, I called the store to speak with the manager, expecting the situation to be taken seriously. Instead, I received an equally unprofessional response. The manager showed no concern, offered no solution, and made no attempt to address the employee’s conduct. All he said was, “sorry about that,” and moved on. I really wish didn't FORCE me to order from this Dominos. The last time I ordered from here, they made me go around the pick up window THREE times. Because they didn't have my order ready, yet I was going based off the order tracking they make you use. Then they give me attitude, like it's my fault for showing up early? Lol. Make that make sense. Then of course the pizza AND cheese bread are over cooked and burnt. Time before that the pizza was burnt and cut all sorts of wacky. Look I know this isn't a fancy pizza place but at the very least you can make a pizza without burning it, and giving the customers attitude for picking up the food they prepaid for. Do better.

I’m disappointed I have to give it one star. I’m reasonable. But two hours for cheese bread and some wings? With no idea when it’ll arrive. Umm, no. No apology. No, gosh I’m sorry…let me see what I can do.. You could circle the globe and struggle to find a worse employee than the woman working this evening. I called twice. I wasn’t verbally abusive. But then your employee hangs up on me when I tell her I’m done waiting. Sends me a text that the order is cxl’d. 😬. I’m sorry, I’ll overlook some…but that’s unacceptable. You’re in a service business. There are WAY better options than this store. Try the one on State road. Or there’s a Caesars on Lake Lansing. I worked in hospitality for 20+ yrs. It’s hard. I get it. But, if I had a team member create a guest experience…like that. It would have been a termination. Awful.
